I was referred to Dr. Joe by a very good friend. I did my research on Dr. Joe and the results were very impressive. When I had my initial consult I knew immediately that Dr. Joe and his staff were the ones for me. From the very start everyone was so kind and supportive. Dr. Joe was very honest and informative about ideal results. In order to enhance his beautiful work I put the effort in of eating healthier and working out. Now let's talk about my Nurse Kaley! She is just what the practice needed. Kaley is thorough and professional while remaining totally dedicated, understanding, confidential and relatable. She came in to check on me after surgery and called me the next day. My recovery room nurse was amazing -God Bless her soul; coming off of anesthesia I wasn't the most pleasant and I appreciate her superb aftercare and patience with me. Overall best decision I have made- such a wonderful staff! Thank you to all for making me a better version of myself!

Dawn is amazing. We have been working together for a few months to treat my rosacea. She has done Laser treatments and is currently doing the vein treatment on my cheeks. She takes the time to go over options with you & makes sure that you feel comfortable with the game plan. She takes progress photos and always walks you through what is going to happen. She is professional & a total sweetheart. I would recommend her to anyone looking to improve their skin!

After my first phone call I was sure I had the right surgeon! I had wanted to check several offices/surgeons before my surgery, I am nothing if not thorough!! First office was booked about a month out, no problem, "can I be put on cancellation list?" ONE week later on facebook they had several cancellations and wanted to fill the spots, but didn't call me. Moving on because I won't do incompetent with something so important. Next try...very interested in having me as a patient and after trying to schedule an initial consultation and again being on cancellation list I got emails and texts regarding products and services. Ok, if I haven't been seen and am not a patient, yet, stop trying to sell me unless I become one. Then PSI. From the first phone call I was treated like an old friend, not a wallet. Consultation one week out! Lori is amazing and Dr. Joe is a wonderful personable man and loves his job as well as valuing his patients. My procedure??? AMAZING results, thank you Dr. Joe!!

Lori did an amazing job during my consultation answering every question and I felt more like a friend than patient when I left. Lori also made sure to be there with me during my procedure, though she also had other commitments, I couldn't have received that kind of caring personalized attention anywhere! Upon meeting Dr. Joe I was positive that I made the right choice in Plastic Surgery Innovations. Dr. Joe has a wonderful personality that put me instantly at ease and the job he did for me is nothing less than perfection, I feel beautiful!! I want to say I did my homework on my procedure, other offices had trouble with things as simple as scheduling an appointment, I have no patience for that kind of incompetence when the decision to have any cosmetic procedure is a difficult one. Dr. Joe will be honest with you, no matter what, don't expect sugar coating, he is a perfectionist and you won't leave him feeling like he just wants your money, he is quite passionate about his work.

I have been a patient with this office and Dr. Joe for about 10 years now! They are the most kind, compassionate, caring and loving office I have ever been too! They go over and beyond to ensure that your taken care of! Dr. Joe has a heart of gold and will do whatever he can to help you. He alone is so compassionate and caring that you feel more like family rather than a patient! I am so glad I was referred to them all those years ago!

Dr Joe and his staff (Especially Lori) were amazing. During all my visits pre-op, surgery and 2 post op appointments I was made to feel very comfortable and the attention from them that I received made me feel like I was the only patient they had. All my questions and concerns were answered in a timely fashion, I was never rushed at any time and my results are amazing! I have already recommended two friends/family and would highly recommend them!!

I found Dr Joe and from my initial inquiry to post op follow up visits, Dr Joe and his staff were very helpful and attentive. I've been a patient for a little over 3 years, & I've had multiple procedures done including a face lift with minor adjustments that followed, especially with my eyebrows/tightening of skin. I had always felt that I did not measure up appearance wise, & my emotional stability was certainly affected.
